Bid Security: Bank Guarantee LKR 10186/-, Cash Deposit LKR 5093/- The receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the Finance Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health should be submitted to obtain bid documents and the refundable bid security as shown in the table below may either be sent from an institution specified in 5:9 of the Procurement Guidelines dated 25.11.2024 or may be paid in cash to the Finance Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health.
