The Above System Also Applies If A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With 4 Tenderers. If A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With Fewer Than 4 Tenderers, The Average Is Calculated Over The Offered Rates Of All Tenderers. These Average Rates Apply To All (Part) Assignments Issued During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 6.5 Million Over The Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options.
