This Contract Is Awarded By Adapted Procedure (Social And Specific Services) In Accordance With Article R2123-1 3° Of The Public Procurement Code. It Consists Of A Single Lot, Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of A Single-Award Contract At Mixed Prices, Made Up Of A Fixed Part And A Unit Part. For The Unit Price Part, In Accordance With Article R2162-4 Paragraph 2 Ccp, The Services Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Without Minimum And With A Maximum Amount Of 20,000 € Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 4 Years Firm.
