This Is A Request For Information, Not An Advance Notice, Not A Procurement Notice, And Not A Request For Tenders. Uusimaas Welfare Areas And The City Of Helsinki Are Jointly Planning A Tender For Round-The-Clock Child Protection Services. Round-The-Clock Services In Accordance With The Child Protection Act Are Organized For Families Who Need Special Support And Where The Childrens Safe Growth And Development Are Seriously Compromised. The Round-The-Clock Child Protection Services Are Procured From Commission Relationships For Family Care, Foster Family Activities, Professional Family Care, Institutional Care And Family Rehabilitation. The Planned Contract Period Begins On January 1, 2027. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Procurement Entities To Carry Out The Actual Procurement Or To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Entities Are Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Responses Received From The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Responding To The Request For Information. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Participants To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Information Collected Through The Request For Information Will Remain Completely Confidential And Will Only Be Used For Procurement Planning. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Get Comments On The Tender Documents That Are In The Draft Stage. Special Care - Special Level Family Rehabilitation The Services Are Described In More Detail In The Service Description Drafts Attached To This Request For Information. In Addition, There Are Appendices Of The Contents Of The Price Per Treatment Day Of The Services And The Sanction Table. We Ask You To Familiarize Yourself With The Documents Attached To This Request For Information. Commenting Takes Place Via The Survey Link In This Request For Information. The Service Provider Can Participate In The Request For Information By Sending Their Response To The Survey By The Deadline Of February 9, 2026 At 8:00 A.M. Using The Attached Link.
