The Ontario Public Service (Ops) Is Seeking A Qualified Service Provider To Design And Deliver A Leadership Certificate Program In Psychological Health And Safety That Is Customizable, Accessible, And Bilingual (English And French). The Program Must Be Evidence-Informed, With A Curriculum Tailored Specifically To Equip Ops Leaders With The Knowledge And Skills To Foster Psychologically Safe Workplaces. To Ensure The Program’S Effectiveness, Accountability, And Continuous Improvement, The Provider Must Implement A Robust Tracking And Reporting Framework That Monitors Participant Progress, Evaluates Outcomes, And Supports Ongoing Refinement Of The Training Experience. Scope Of Work The Successful Bidder Will Deliver A Customizable, Accessible, And Bilingual Leadership Certificate Program In Psychological Health And Safety To Approximately 6,900 Ontario Public Service (Ops) Leaders—Including 5,700 Managers And 1,200 Adms/Directors—Over A Three-Year Period. The Program Must Be Evidence-Informed, Aligned With Ops Leadership Competencies, And Offered In English And French, Instructor Led And If Hybrid Offered Through Integration With The Ops Learning Management System (Lms). All Participants Who Successfully Complete The Training Must Receive A Certificate. The Curriculum Will Address Key Learning Objectives Such As Understanding Workplace Mental Health, Applying Empathetic And Solution-Focused Leadership, Navigating Difficult Conversations, And Promoting Psychological Safety In Alignment With The National Standard Of Canada For Psychological Health And Safety In The Workplace. The Bidder Must Ensure The Program Meets Ops Accessibility Standards, Is Adaptable To Ops-Specific Needs, And Includes Technical Support Where Applicable. To Ensure Effectiveness And Continuous Improvement, The Bidder Must Implement A Robust Tracking And Reporting Framework That Monitors Participant Progress, Measures Learning Outcomes, And Assesses Satisfaction Levels. This Includes Providing Ops With Data On Completion Rates, Knowledge Gains, And Feedback Metrics. Preference Will Be Given To Canadian Businesses, In Support Of The Government Of Ontario’S Commitment To Domestic Procurement.
