Tenders are invited for Six Outsourced Java Developers Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) invites qualified and well-established companies to submit proposals for providing six (6) outsourced JAVA developers to support LMRAs mission-critical systems. The selected service provider will deliver specialized technical expertise in system analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and Level-3 support within LMRAs enterprise-grade environment. Developers will perform activities such as requirement analysis, impact assessment, feature development, defect resolution, performance tuning, and participation in QA and UAT cycles. All resources must meet the minimum technical and professional criteria, work under LMRAs day-to-day supervision, and comply with LMRA policies and procedures. Bidders must provide qualified personnel, detailed CVs, relevant references, a work plan, pricing structure, account management details, and a clear escalation process as outlined in the RFP.
