The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Development, Manufacture And Testing Of Prototypes Of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Birds) That Mimic The Flight Pattern Of Birds Of Prey In Accordance With The Technical Description Provided In Appendix 1 Of The Hd. The Procurement Contract Shall Enter Into Force Upon Signing And Be Valid For 31 (Thirty-One) Months. The Detailed Schedule For The Execution Of The Procurement Contract Will Be Agreed Upon After The Procurement Contract Is Signed.
