This Contract Concerns Project Management Assistance Services Dedicated To The Analysis And Processing Of Claims (“Claim Management”). The Objective Of The Market Is To Support Telt In Controlling The Contractual Obligations Of The Various Stakeholders, Monitoring Events Likely To Impact The Project, As Well As In The Preparation And Formalization Of The Factual And Contractual Elements Necessary For The Defense Or Exercise Of Its Rights. The Services Aim To Guarantee Compliance With The Contractual Framework And The Proper Management Of Deadlines, Costs And Risks. The Contracts Concerned Were Awarded In Accordance With French Public Procurement Law. The Mission Will Focus On Supporting The Analysis And Processing Of Complaints Presented To Telt By Market Holders And, Mainly, On Supporting The Preparation Of The Elements Necessary For Drafting Complaint Briefs.
