The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: Performance Of Services, Including The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase And Author Supervision, For The Site: Reconstruction, Conservation, Restoration And Internal Remodeling Of A Building - Rectorate, With The Construction Of An Underground Parking Lot Of Su St. Kliment Ohridski With Identifier 68134.106.2.1, Located In Upi I - For Su St. Kliment Ohridski, Quarter 546, Sofia, Sredets District, With Administrative Address Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. No. 15, Sofia. The Project Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut And Zkn, In Volume And Scope According To Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Parts Foreseen By The Contracting Authority, In Which The Corresponding Investment Project Should Be Prepared, Are The Following: A) Architecture; B) Building Structures; C) Engineering Geology And Hydrogeology (Report); D) Water Supply; E) Tovc; F) Energy Efficiency; G) Electrical Installations; H) Fire Alarm (Implementation Of An Existing Approved Project); I) Geodesy; J) Landscaping And Park Management; K) Safety And Health Plan; L) Technological; M) Fire Safety; N) Traffic Organization And Safety; O) Signal And Security Equipment (Sot); P) Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwmp); R) Bill Of Quantities; C) Conservation And Restoration; T) Other Parts Resulting From The Specifics Of The Object. Estimated Amount Of Person/Hours Provided For Author Supervision Of All Project Parts In Total – 215 Person/Hours. (The Estimated Number Of Hours For Author Supervision Will Be Used By The Employer For The Purposes Of Evaluation And Calculation Of The Total Price For Author Supervision, And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Spend The Entire Estimated Amount Of Hours.)
