In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: - Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Current Legal Documents And The Implementation Agreement; - Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zut; - Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; - Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Territorial Planning Act - Samples And Tests At The Completion Of Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; - Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; - Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires. - Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations.
