1) The Building Of The District Office, Where Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out, Is Located At Ul. Zygmunta Augusta 16 In Bydgoszcz. The Building Dates Back To The Early 1950S. 2) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Waterproofing The External Side Of Basement Walls And Plinths, Installation Of Prefabricated Basement Light Wells, Insulating External Walls With Mineral Wool In A Seamless Insulation System, Thermal Insulation Of The Plinth And Basement Walls, Insulating The Flat Roof Void With Mineral Wool Granules, Renovation Of The Roof Covering And Replacement Of Gutters, Downpipes And Flashings Sheet Metal Work.3) The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwior), Constituting Annexes To This Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure Should Be Treated Solely As An Auxiliary Element In Preparing The Offer.4) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Securing The Buildings Windows For The Duration Of The Works, As Well As Washing Them (Glasses + Frames) After The Works Are Completed. 5) While Performing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party About The Possible Appearance Of Traces Of Nesting Of Legally Protected Species Of Birds And Bats. Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements: 1) The Works Will Be Performed In A Normally Functioning Office Building. The Works Should Be Planned In Such A Way As To Minimize Their Negative Effects On The People Staying There. The Ordering Party Allows Work To Be Carried Out Also After Office Hours (Until 8 P.M.) And On Weekends. The Ordering Party Requires Efficient, Uninterrupted Execution Of The Order.2) The Ordering Party Requires Special Caution When Organizing The Construction Site And During The Execution Of Works. The Contractor Will Organize The Work Area In Such A Way As To Protect The Rooms In The Building Against Burdensome Factors Resulting From The Works And To Minimize The Spread Of Pollution, As Well As To Ensure The Safety Of Office Employees And Visitors. The Contractor Will Adapt The Most Burdensome Activities To The Functioning Of The Facility And Will Coordinate Them On An Ongoing Basis With The Employers Representative. 3) After Each Working Day, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up Any Contamination Within The Works. 4) The Contractor Will Provide Qualified Personnel, Including Managerial Staff, With Experience In The Implementation Of Works Identical To The Subject Of The Contract, Guaranteeing Proper Performance Of The Works. 5) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged, In The Event Of Any Ambiguities Or Errors In The Bill Of Quantities Documentation, To Notify The Ordering Party And The Investors Supervision Inspector.
