The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Cost Estimate Settlement Of Construction Works, With The Price Components Given In The Offer, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of Performing A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, Even If They Were Not Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3/ In The Case Of Works Not Included In The Table Constituting The Offer, The Basis For The Settlement Of The Commissioned Works Will Be The One Developed By The Contractor, A Detailed Cost Estimate Approved By The Supervisory Inspector, Prepared Based On The Price Components Given In The Offer And The Average National Prices Of Materials And Equipment Work Announced In Sekocenbud Publications In The Quarter Preceding The Preparation Of The Above-Mentioned Cost Estimates,4/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Current Accounts Of The Work Performed So As Not To Exceed The Value Of The Contract, The Consequences Of Exceeding The Value Of The Contract Will Be Borne By The Contractor,5/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Related Costs),6/ In Justified Cases Of Threat To Life Or Property Of Significant Value, The Contractor Must Start Performing The Work Within 2 Hours Of Receiving The Telephone Order By An Authorized Employee Of The City Hall,7/ The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Work Site,8/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings. The Contractor Must Ensure Access For Special Service Vehicles And Safe Necessary Communication To The Property,9/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents,10/ The Contractor Will Develop And Approve The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Road Works, 11/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply The Regulations On Environmental Protection And Traffic Safety During The Works. Fees And Penalties For Exceeding The Standards Specified In The Relevant Regulations On Environmental Protection And Traffic During The Implementation Of The Works Will Be Borne By The Contractor,12/ The Ordering Party Sets A 36-Month Warranty Period For The Scope
