A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Price Form Along With Quality Requirements For Equipment (Quality Requirements For Individual Parts, Packages, Elements Of The Subject Of The Order), B) Annex No. 5 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, C) Annex No. 8 - Contract Template. The Contractor Sells And Delivers Equipment That Meets The Regulations And Quality Standards Applicable To A Given Type Of Articles, Products That Are Valid In Poland, Approved For Use In Poland And Products That Meet The Quality Requirements Indicated In Annex 4 And Other Documents Of The Tender Procedure. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Equipment Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Delivery Cost Must Be Included In The Unit Prices Of The Products Offered. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Collect Collective Packaging Without Additional Remuneration.
