1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Replacement Of The Roof Covering In The Gymnasium Of Primary School 4.2. Construction Works Include The Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering Made Of Tiles With A New Covering Made Of Flat, Galvanized, Coated Sheet Metal Arranged In A Double Standing Seam, Along With: 1/ Dismantling The Installations And Equipment On The Roof, 2/ Replacing The Vapor-Permeable Foil Of The Initial Covering, 3/ Replacing The Supporting Structure (Battens, Counter-Battens), 4/ Constructing Full Ventilated Formwork, 5/ Carrying Out All Sheet Metal Work,6/ Replacement Of The Gutter System, 7/ Installation Of Safety Elements (Snow Guards, Safety Points), 8/ Assembly - Reconstruction Of Installations And Equipment On The Roof.3. The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Company: Pro-Inkobud Maciej Krauzowicz, Ul. Turniejowa 73D/39, 30-619 Kraków4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Offer For This Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount. The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 2/ No Remuneration Is Due For Works Not Performed As Unnecessary, Although Covered By The Offer Cost Estimate And Specification, 3/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Material And Financial Schedule, Including Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports, The Contractor Will Submit A Material And Financial Schedule To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Signing The Contract, 4/ The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Sst And In Compliance With The Conditions Resulting From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Construction Law, 5/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, 6/ All Necessary Materials With Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity Confirming Their Use In Construction Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means That He Will Bear The Related Costs), 7/ The Contractor Will Secure The Site And Bear The Costs Of Removing Rubble, Soil And Demolition Elements Etc., Including Their Storage, Management Or Disposal, 8/ The Contractor Will Secure And Mark The Construction Site And Is Obliged To Organize It And Carry Out The Works In Consultation With The Principal Of Primary School No. 4, 9/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party And The School Management In Order To Coordinate The Works And Schedule So As To Ensure The Least Possible Impact Of The Works On The Operation Of The Facility And Uninterru
