The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task: Space For Culture In The Heart Of The Notecka Forest - We Support Rural Heritage And Local Activity - Reconstruction And Expansion Of Stand A And Renovation Of The External Stage At Wdk Rosko. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Comprehensive Renovation Of The Stage, Terrace And External Stairs Located At The Back Of The Building, Including: 1.1. Removal Of The Existing Roof Covering, 1.2. Securing The Top Layer Of The Stage And The Stairs Leading To It Using A Self-Leveling Frost-Resistant Screed, 1.3. Restoration Of All Wooden Elements, Including The Roof Structure, 1.4. Adapting The Roof Structure With Formwork And Covering With Preliminary Roofing Felt, As Well As Making A Covering Of Modular Metal Roofing Tiles, Along With Sheet Metal Flashings (Including Gutter Strips), While The Colors Of The Roofing Will Correspond To The Colors Of The Roofs Over The Rest Of The Building, 1.5. Replacement Of Gutters And Downspouts Along With Accessories With New Ones, Made Of Coated Steel Sheets With A Thickness Of Not Less Than 0.6 Mm, In Colors Consistent With The Colors Of The Roof Covering, 1.6. Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings, Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes With Accessories, Replacement Of Under-Gutter Strips And Above-Gutter Strips.2) Comprehensive Renovation Of The Spectator Stands (Stand A - Located Opposite The External Stage), Including: 2.1. Demolition Works, 2.2. Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Walls, 2.3. Installation Of Seats,2.4. Modernization Of External Lighting. Note: The Scope Of Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Of The Wdk Rosko Facility Is The Subject Of The Order Only In Relation To The Part Related To The Renovation Of The External Stage (Including Roofing, External Stairs From The Stage, Gutters, Flooring Of The External Stage). The Provisions Regarding The Scene Are Marked In Red In The Content Of The Ffu And Can Be Found On Pages: 11, 38, 39, 49 And 50. Other Elements Of The Ffu Are Not The Subject Of These Proceedings. The Scope Of Work Regarding Stand A Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Construction Design Approved By The Building Permit. The Material Of The Bleacher Seats Should Be The Same As The Bleacher B Seats Completed In The First Stage Of Work. General Comments On The Entire Subject Of The Order: The Investment Is Located In Rosko (Ul. Lipowa 1). It Covers The Area Directly Adjacent To The Rural Cultural Center In Rosko. The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Obliged To Cooperate And Coordinate The Work With The Contractor Selected To Carry Out The Task Related To The Modernization Of The Village Cultural Center In Rosko, Who Will Carry Out The Work On A Date Coinciding With The Date Of Completion Of The Order Being The Subject Of The Contract Under This Procedure.
