Part I: Partial Renovations Of Roads, Pedestrian Routes And Squares Managed By The Mayor Of The City Of Kłodzko With Bituminous, Gravel, Crushed Stone And Earth Surfaces. Part I: Partial Renovations Of Roads, Pedestrian Routes And Squares Managed By The Mayor Of The City Of Kłodzko With Bitumen, Gravel, Crushed Stone And Earth Surfaces. The Type And Specificity Of The Order Does Not Allow The Preparation Of Plans And Drawings, Therefore The Scope Of The Task Was Included Only In A Descriptive Form. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of Partial Renovations Of Roads, Pedestrian Routes And Squares Managed By The Mayor Of Kłodzko With Bituminous, Gravel, Crushed Stone And Earth Surfaces In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Orders. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Removal Of Defects, Sinkholes, Cracks And Deformations Of The Above-Mentioned. Pavement Through:1. Hot Installation Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture (Without Supplementing Or Restoring The Base).2. Cold Installation Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture (Without Supplementing Or Restoring The Base).3. Partial Renovation Of The Surface With A Recycler.4. Complementing The Foundation With A Stone Mixture.5. Reconstruction Of The Foundation.6. Surface Milling.7. Making The Surface Using A Bitumen Spreader.8. Leveling The Surface Of A Gravel Or Crushed Stone Road, Filling Any Gaps With Stone Or Milled Material.9. Replacement Of Damaged Curbs.10. Construction And Removal Of Speed Bumps Made Of Mineral And Asphalt Mixture. The Ordering Party Will Commission Work To The Contractor As Needed Resulting From The Technical Condition Of The Road Surfaces, Pedestrian Routes And Squares. Orders Will Be Placed In Writing And Sent By Fax Or Electronically As A Scan Of The Order, In Which Case Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Order By Return Fax Or E-Mail Will Be Required, Or Sent Directly To The Appropriate Person From The Contractor. The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Appoint Authorized Contact Persons Regarding The Provision Of The Service. In The Order Referred To Above, The Employer Will Specify The Completion Date; The Term Immediately Means That The Indicated Place Of Pavement Damage Should Be Secured Within 3 Hours And The Works Should Commence Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Order. A Detailed Description Is Included In The Swz. The Order Completion Date Is: Approximately 10 Months, No Later Than December 30, 2026.
