1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Design And Construction Of An Educational Playground And Modernization Of The Existing Playground At The Father Jan Twardowski Primary School No. 1 In Lubartów Including The Construction Of A Scientific Playground, An Educational Shelter And The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Playground.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit And Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment; B) Execution Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Prepared And Approved Documentation Design;C) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Scientific Playground: - Newtons Cradle (Pendulum); - Silent Telephone; - Regional Memory; - Musical And Sensory Panel; - Sundial; - Periodic Table Of The Elements; - Educational Shelter.3) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Prepare An Area Development Concept And Visualization With Their Approval By The Ordering Party; B) Developing A Map For Design Purposes For The Planned Investment; C) Developing Design Documentation, Including Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision; D) Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Technical Opinions, Expert Opinions, Decisions And Technical Tests Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Covering Their Costs, Including The Opinion Of Lwkz; E) Developing A Technical Design (Type Of Materials, Technical Parameters, Etc.); F) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; G) Taking Over The Construction Site From The Ordering Party; H) Carrying Out Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Using Materials And Equipment Provided By The Contractor; I) Carrying Out Auxiliary, Preparatory And Cleaning Works And Repairing Any Damage; J) Ensuring A Construction Manager And Designers Supervision By Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications; K) Providing And Conducting Surveying Services; L) Keeping Construction Documentation; M) Land Development; N) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations And Checks; O) Preparing As-Built Documentation For As-Built Geodetic Measurements; P) Development Of Regulations And Instructions For The Use Of The Facility;Q) Development Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory;R) Obtaining A Decision Of The Pinb On The Occupancy Permit In Connection With The Willingness To Use The Completed Scope Of Works Covered By The Construction Permit.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To This Idw-Swz, I.E.: Functional And Utility Program (Pfu), Excerpt And Excerpt From The Local Plan Spatial Development Of The City
