The Aim Of The Study Is To Identify The Directions And Patterns Of Use Of New Technologies And Artificial Intelligence On The Regional Labor Market Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, As Well As To Identify Competence Needs, Implementation Barriers And Potential Consequences For Employment And Work Organization. The Study Is Of A Diagnostic And Strategic Nature And Is Intended To Formulate Recommendations For Labor Market Policy, And Not To Precisely Measure The Frequency Of Phenomena In Statistical Terms.4.
