1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Gardening Works Together With The Maintenance Of Greenery, Consisting In The Development Of Part Of The Area At Ul. Polanowicka. The Investment Is Located In Wrocław, District: Poświatne, Am-2, Plot No. 14/2, 18. The Area Is Marked On The Northern Side By The Wrocław Motorway Bypass, On The Southern Side By Ul. Polanowicka - An Area With Service Buildings And Single-Family Buildings, Trees On The Eastern Side, And Arable Fields On The Western Side. The Aim Of The Project Is To Tidy Up The Existing Area And Introduce A New Pedestrian Route With A Paved Surface, Which Will Ensure Communication Within The Area. The Area Will Be Enriched With A New Recreational Function In The Form Of A Dog Run And The Installation Of Greenery. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Is Presented In The Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of A Pedestrian Route And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements As Part Of The Task Entitled: Green And Safe - Dog Run At Aow - Ul. Polanowicka, Wrocław, By Isba Grupowa Sp. Z O. O. The Attached Bills Of Quantities For Construction And Gardening Works Should Be Treated As A Guide Only, And The Exact Measurements Should Be Obtained From The Design Documentation And This Opz. The Calculated Offer Price Is A Lump Sum Price And Will Not Be Changed Due To Possible Differences Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Works Actually Performed.
