Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Current Repairs Of Municipal Resources And Those Owned Independently By The Gliwice Commune Administered By Zbmiitbs Sp. Z O. O. In Gliwice - Rom 4, 6 And 10

1. The Scope Of Works Includes 24-Hour Maintenance Service - Technical Security Of Buildings For Their Proper Operation - 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Including Holidays And Public Holidays. The Service Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Orders Issued By The Ordering Party Through The Technical Services Of Rom, As Well As Directly By The Tenants Of The Premises, Taking Into Account And To The Extent Consistent With The Act Of June 21, 2001 On The Protection Of Tenants Rights, Municipal Housing Resources And Amendments To The Civil Code (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of March 26, 2020, Item 611). The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 1.5. To Swz. 24-Hour Maintenance Service Will Only Cover Residential Buildings That Are 100% Owned By The Gliwice Commune And Are Independently Owned By The Gliwice Commune. The Usable / Residential Area / Of Municipal Buildings Subject To 24-Hour Maintenance Is: - In The Resident Service Area No. 4 - 21,200.85 M2 - In The Resident Service Area No. 6 - 15,815.88 M2 - In The Resident Service Area No. 10 - 9,224.57 M2 2. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Current Repairs, Which Will Go Beyond The Scope Specified In Point 1., Which Occurred During The Implementation Of The Works Specified In Point 1. Current Repairs Will Also Be Performed In Municipal Apartments In The Buildings Of Housing Communities, Municipal Service Premises In Municipal Buildings And Municipal Service Premises In Housing Communities. Current Repairs Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Separate Orders. (The Rules For Ordering Current Renovations Are Specified In Annex No. 1.6 To The Swz)
