The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply In The Form Of Operational Leasing Of A Commercial Vehicle For The Transport Of People And Cargo (Hereinafter - Car, Vehicle) For The Central Mining Institute Of The National Research Institute. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle Be Equipped And Meet The Requirements Described In Annex 5 To The Swz. The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Katowice (40-166), Plac Gwarków 1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Conclude An Operating Leasing Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months; 2) Present A Valid Offer For 47 Monthly Leasing Installments Payable In Accordance With The Payment Schedule, Taking Into Account An Initial Fee Of 0% Of The Gross Value Of The Car And The Purchase Amount Of The Car In The Amount Of 1% Of The Gross Value; In A Contract Lasting 48 Months, The Ordering Party Will Therefore Pay 47 Installments, Due To The Fact That The Payment Deadline For The First Installment Falls One Month After Receiving The Car. The Redemption Fee (Guarantee Deposit) Is Paid Together With The Last Installment.3) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In Operating The Car;4) Vehicle Insurance Is The Responsibility Of The Lessor. - The Offer Should Indicate The Value Of The Insurance Policy (Oc, Ac, Accident Insurance, Assistance), Which Will Be Valid In The First Year Of The Contract. In Order To Compare Offers, The Value Of The Policy For 1 Year Should Be Multiplied By 3 And This Value Should Be Entered As Insurance For Years 2-4. Before Concluding An Insurance Policy, The Financing Party Will Present Proposals For At Least 3 Policies To The Ordering Party. - The Ordering Party Expects Package Motor Insurance, Concluded For A Year With A One-Off Payment (The Accounting Document Is An Insurance Policy) - The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Insurance Offer Based On The Gross Value. - The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Agree To Incur Additional Fees For The Administration Of Insurance Policies - The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Value Of The Insurance Indicated In The Offer Due To The Variability Of The Insurance Rate And The Ordering Partys Selection Of The Most Appropriate Variant. The Contractor Provides: 1) Free Of Charge Training, Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Car, Of Future Users In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Car;2) A Guarantee That The Car Being The Subject Of The Order Is Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Brand New From 2025 Or 2026;3) On The Day Of Receipt Of The Equipment In Question, The Supplier Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Specifying The Terms Of Servicing, Operating Instructions, Technical Inspection. Financing Conditions: 1) The Purchase Of The Car Will Be Financed By A Leasing Company Called Financing Party.2) Currency Of The Leasing Contract - Pln.3) Variable Interest Rate According To The Wibor
