1. Collecting And Disposing Of Waste Collected In Containers Intended For This Purpose Placed On Sidewalks, Bus Stops Owned And Managed By The Łęczna Commune, Parks, Playgrounds, Outdoor Gyms And Other Facilities In Public Space (Emptying Street Bins With A Capacity Of 40L - 60L, Along With Waste Disposal In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions On Environmental Protection And Waste Management), Maintaining Above Clean Containers And Monitoring Their Technical Condition. The Total Number Of Street Bins Located In The Łęczna Commune Is 449 Pieces. 2. Bins Will Be Emptied: 1) Within The City - At Least Three Times A Week, On Monday, Wednesday And Friday, 2) Outside The City - At Least Twice A Week On Monday And Friday, 3) In Justified Cases, On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays At Fixed Unit Prices, 4) After Each Telephone Or E-Mail Or A Written Work Order By The Ordering Party Specifying The Completion Date, Location And Number Of Baskets. 3. Waste Will Be Transported To The Waste Utilization Department Of Pgkim Łęczna Sp. Z O.O. In The Town Of Stara Wieś In The Łęczna Commune. 4. All Street Bins Will Be Washed And Disinfected By The Contractor Once During The Duration Of The Order On The Date Specified By The Ordering Party. 5. Fees For Storage And Disposal Of Waste Are Borne By The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Constantly Monitor The Situation Of Overflow Of Street Bins And To Respond Each Time, Within No Longer Than 4 Hours, In The Event Of Significant Overflow. The Permissible Overfilling Of Bins Is: 5% Of All Bins Located In The City And Commune Of Łęczna. If The Overflow Exceeds 5%, The Contractor Is Obliged To Empty The Overflowing Street Bins. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste And Impurities Collected Next To The Bin, Including Cleaning The Area Within A Radius Of 3 Meters From The Bin. 8. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Equipment. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About The Deterioration Of The Technical Condition Of The Baskets. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order In The Unit Price. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Information That May Be Necessary For The Correct Valuation Of The Work And Signing The Contract, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Related To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract Are Excluded.
