A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Parameters (Required And Offered Parameters).3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order:3.1. Was Brand New, Was Unused, Was Not The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Presentations, Was Not Reconditioned Equipment, Had Not Been Previously Used By Another User. 3.2. In This Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever In The Detailed Descriptions The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Technical Or Quality Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features, Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Above-Mentioned. Documentation Elements. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In This Tor. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution Or Equivalent Solutions. 5. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Presents A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.6.
