Description Of The Subject Of The Order. • The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Road Salt With Unloading To The Storage Yard At The Headquarters Of The District Roads Authority In Tuchola; 89-500 Tuchola, Ul. Przemysłowa 6 In The Amount Of 300 Tons, • Salt Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Standard Pn-86/C-84081/02 Salt (Sodium Chloride) Or An Equivalent Standard. Requirements: Must Meet Hygiene Requirements (Have A Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene) And Have An Approval Or Other Document Indicating The Possibility Of Use (Attestation, Current Approval Certificate Or Another Document Indicating The Possibility Of Use On Roads In The Country), • Deliveries Covered By The Order Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party; Salt Deliveries Will Be Made On The Date Offered By The Contractor. The Longest Delivery Time Required By The Ordering Party Is 7 Business Days From The Moment Of Submitting The Demand, • The Actual Quantity Of Delivery May Be Reduced Depending On Weather Conditions And The Need For Salt For Winter Road Maintenance, • Deliveries Will Be Made By Self-Unloading Vehicles, And The Supplier Is Obliged To Use Only Means Of Transport That Will Not Affect The Quality Of The Transported Material, In Particular Its Moisture Content. The Number And Efficiency Of Means Of Transport Should Guarantee Timely Deliveries, • Form Of Delivery - Loose Salt Without Packaging, • The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Quality Of Individual Batches Of Road Salt. If Salt Is Delivered That Is Inconsistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements, The Material Will Be Left At The Suppliers Disposal. • On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Pzh Hygiene Certificate, An Ibdm Opinion With Attachments (I.E. Test Results For Road Salt Or Equivalent Documents Allowing And Confirming Technical Parameters Issued By Relevant Units In The Eu) Confirming The Intended Use Of The Salt For Road Sprinkling. Documents Prepared In A Foreign Language Must Be Submitted With A Translation Into Polish.
