An Ornithological Opinion Regarding Each Tree Cut Down After February 28, 2026, Allowing Its Removal, Should Be Delivered To The Pzd Headquarters In Paper Form Within 3 Days.5. An Ornithological Opinion Regarding Each Tree Cut Down After February 28, 2026, Which Does Not Allow Its Cutting Due To The Presence Of Birds, Should Be Delivered To The Pzd Headquarters In Paper Form Within 3 Days. 6.
