The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Maintenance Service Of The Air Conditioning And Hot Water Production Equipment And Systems Installed In The Municipal Heated Pool, Located On Guillermo Subiabre Street N°1015, In The “7 Canchas” Sports Complex Of The Commune Of Huechuraba. The Service Considers Two Maintenance Stages: 1. A Corrective Stage That Has A Maximum Execution Period Of One Month, Aimed At Repairing Existing Systems In Order To Restore The Quality Of Operation. 2. A Preventive And Predictive Stage, Aimed At Maintaining The Condition Of Good Operation And Carrying Out The Necessary Technical Actions To Detect Failures Early. This Stage Has An Execution Period Of 24 Consecutive Months And Corresponds To Regular Maintenance.
