The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor To Whom Design Will Be Assigned In Order To Prepare Project Documentation And Carry Out Authors Supervision - In The Case Of Subsequent Construction Of An Object: Preparation Of The Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Under Art. 150, Para. 2 Of Zut, Composed Of A Project For A Detailed Layout Plan For Pi 83510.666.51 And Pi 83510.666.52 And Investment Project And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision For Object: Construction Of A Multi-Storey Parking Lot The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1 – Review And Analysis Of The Current Situation, Including The Initial Data For The Design, Incl. Prescriptions And Instructions From The Competent Authorities, Official Letters Of Agreement, Permits From All State Institutions And Operating Authorities; Activity 2 - Preparation Of A Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Under Art. 150, Para. 2 Of The Zut. The Complex Project Consists Of Two Independent Parts: Preparation Of A Project For Amending The Detailed Development Plan (Dsp) - Plan For Regulation And Development Of The Municipality Of Shumen, For The Regulation Of Land With Identifier 83510.666.51 And Part Of Land With Identifier 83510.666.52 According To The Cadastral Map Of The City Of Shumen. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, In One With Quantity-Value Accounts For Each Project Part Separately. The Technical Project Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 26.01.2021. To Determine The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory And Of The Buildings And Facilities And The Applicable Legislation (Bulgarian And European) And Other Applicable Regulations. The Technical Project Includes At Least The Following Parts: Part Architecture, Part Constructions, Part Geodesic, Part Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Report, Part Electrical, Part Water Supply, Part Heat Supply, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Part Road, Permanent Organization Of Traffic (Pod) And Temporary Organization Of Traffic (Vod), Part Landscape (Parking And Improvement) And Part Fire Safety Activity 3- Exercise Of Copyright Supervision Under Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) For The Entire Period From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And For Determining The Construction Line And Level (Appendices No. 2 And 2A) Until The Drawing Up Of The Last Act Of Ascertainment, Model Appendix No. 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction Or, When Remarks Are Identified In It, Until The Signing Of The Last Protocol For Acceptance By The Contracting Authority Of The Object Without Remarks.
