The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Periodic Deliveries Of Sanitary And Medical Materials And Consumables (Also Called Goods Or Products) For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Dental Medicine (Fdm) And The University Medical And Dental Center (Umdc) At The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), With The Aim Of Ensuring The Treatment And Diagnostic Activities During The Practical Training Of Students And Doctoral Students, Post-Graduate Training Of Doctors In Dental Medicine, As Well As When Carrying Out Scientific Activity At The Fdm And The Umdc. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated For 24 (Twenty-Four) Months And Will Serve To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Indicated Maximum Permissible Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities, Including To Declare Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, Under The Conditions Described In Item 5 Of The Instructions - Option Upon Awarding. Estimated Quantity Of The Public Order: Delivery Of 34,696 Units (Number, Set, Box, Roll, Package, Blister), According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix #1). The Total Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement For The Period Of Its Implementation Is Eur 204,516.75 Excluding Vat, Which Includes: 1. Total Value For Products Included In The Technical Specification - 200,426.75 Euros Without Vat; 2. Total Value For Products Not Included In The Technical Specification (Option) – Eur 4,090.00 Excluding Vat. The Indicated Estimated Value Represents The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Public Procurement Contract For Which The Participant Has Been Designated As The Executor And The Contracting Authority Is Limited By It, But Is Not Obliged To Spend It.
