The Types, Cuts And Expected Approximate (Estimated) Quantities Of The Food Products Are Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation For The Public Procurement. The Quantities Of The Indicated Types Of Food Products Are Estimated, Approximately Needed For A One-Year Period, Resp. Do Not Bind The Employer To Purchase All Quantities Of Goods. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease The Quantities, According To Its Needs, Within The Means Provided For The Execution Of The Order And According To The Agreed Upon Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Order Part Of The Assortment Listed In The Technical Specifications Of This Documentation. Deliveries Of Food Products Are Carried Out Periodically Upon Prior Request By The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By It. The Goods Are Delivered Free Of Charge From The Kindergartens Warehouse. Term Of The Public Procurement Contract: 12 Calendar Months Or Until The Contract Value Is Reached, Whichever Occurs First, It Is Decisive.
