The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Public Transport Of Passengers On Bus Lines, Part Of The Regional And Municipal Transport Scheme, From The Quota Of The Municipality Of Veliki Preslav, According To Established Timetables, In The Directions Veliki Preslav - Zlatar Village - Smyadovo And Veliki Preslav - Suha Reka Village. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Should Be Carried Out In Full Accordance With The Arrival Times Of The Buses At The Stops According To The Attached Timetables, An Integral Part Of The Technical Specification. The Carrier Is Obliged To Implement The Bus Routes And Timetables Assigned To Them In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Transport Act, The Road Traffic Act, Ordinance No. 2 Of March 15, 2002 On The Terms And Conditions For Approving Transport Schemes And For Carrying Out Public Transport Of Passengers By Bus (Title Amended - Sg No. 44 Of 2011) And Other By-Laws Normative Acts Issued Based On Them And The Agreements Reached With The Contracting Authority.
