In Order To Ensure Continuity, Quality And Security Of Supply, There Is A Need To Establish A New Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Relevant Laboratory Material. This Includes Both Chemicals And Consumables That Are Necessary To Maintain An Operational And Efficient Laboratory Business. The Laboratory Has A Central Function In Vavs Work With Microbiological Analyzes Of Drinking Water. These Analyzes Are Crucial To Ensuring Health-Safe Drinking Water For Oslos Residents, And Access To Necessary Goods And Equipment Is Therefore Critical To Fulfilling The Agencys Social Mission. The Agreement Can Be Used By The Entire Agency. Orders Will Mainly Come From The Laboratory At Brynsengfaret 6, But Also From The Purification Plants At Oset, Bekkelaget And Skullerud. Vav Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With At Least One Supplier, But It Is Desirable To Allow For The Conclusion Of Agreements With Several Suppliers To Ensure That The Framework Agreements Collectively Meet Vavs Needs. Parallel Framework Agreements Shall Not Be Entered Into, But Suppliers Are Given The Opportunity To Submit Partial Offers For One Or More Product Categories. For Reasons Of Administrative Efficiency, Only One Contract Will Be Entered Into Per Supplier. If A Supplier Delivers The Best Offer Within Several Product Categories, These Categories Will Be Combined Into One Overall Contract Per Supplier.
