3.1 Determination Of The Subject And Scope Of The Order: The Investment Entitled: Renovation Of The Kamienna Plaża Promenade With Accesses Is Located In The Register No. 557/2, 553/1, 553/2, 552/1, 551, 742, 751, 739/5, 739/2, 739/3, 740 And 741, Żegiestów Area. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: - Renovation Of The Existing Field Stairs; - Renovation Of The Access To The Kamienna Beach Promenade; - Renovation Of The Paved Surface For The Designed Pergolas; - Renovation Of The Retaining Wall; - Construction Of Small Architectural Structures; - Construction Of A Low-Voltage Power Installation, Telecommunications Installation, Lighting Poles, Lighting Control Cabinet; - Construction Planting Plants.3.1.1 Material Scope Determined On The Basis Of: - Notification Of December 23, 2024 Regarding The Construction Of Small Architectural Objects In A Public Place, Renovation Of Field Stairs, Hardened Surfaces (Promenade) And Retaining Wall In The Register No. 557/2, 553/1, 553/2 Of Żegiestów; - Design Documentation Approved By The Decision Of The Starosta Nowy Sącz, No.: Bud.6740.185.2025 Of March 24, 2025; - Notification Of December 23, 2024 Regarding The Renovation Of The Walking Path In The Registry Plot No. 739/5, 739/2 Of Żegiestów District; - Notification Of December 23, 2024 Regarding The Renovation Of The Walking Path In The Registry Plot No. No. 739/3, 741, 740 R. Żegiestów; - Notification Of December 23, 2024 Regarding The Renovation Of The Walking Path, Terrain Stairs And Part Of The Promenade Along With The Slope Of The Promenade On Plot No. 742, 551 R. Żegiestów.3.1.2 The Contractor Directs Persons Responsible For The Provision Of Services And Management Of The Works To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract. Construction In The Person: A) In The Construction Specialty - Acting As A Construction Manager; B) In The Electrical Engineering Specialty; The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Person(S) (Indicated In § 2 Section 3 Of The Contract) Physically Stay And Perform Their Duties On The Construction Site.3.2 Assumptions: A) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, On Based On The Prepared Documentation. B) The Contractor Will Ensure Proper Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation And The Currently Applicable Standards, Construction Law, Including Implementing Acts And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law, Including Implementing Acts. He Will Comply With Applicable Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations During The Performance Of Construction Works. C) The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In Accordance With Article 3, Point 14 Of The Construction Law, Together With A Set Of Approvals And Certificates And Declaration Of Conformity For Built-In Materials And Devices.
