Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Public Utility Facilities In The Baranów Sandomierski Commune - Volunteer Fire Department Suchorzów And The Peoples House Of Skopanie

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of Public Utility Facilities In The Baranów Sandomierski Commune - Volunteer Fire Department Suchorzów And The Skopanie Peoples House. Annex No. 5 To This Specification.4. After Completion Of The Subject Of The Order And Final Acceptance, The Contractor Shall Provide A Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works For At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. In The Case Of Proper Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And This Specification, Equivalent Solutions With Parameters That Are Not Inferior Are Allowed. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Item. 11. If Required, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Valid Occupancy Permit Or A Notice Of Completion Of The Works With A Note Of No Objection From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority - Preceded By The Contractor Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law And Submitting The Obtained Permit Or A Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notification To The Contractor, If There Is No Need To Obtain The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party An Appropriate Document Issued By The Competent Authority Stating That There Is No Need To Obtain An Occupancy Permit Or Notice Of Completion Of Works.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Facilities With The Necessary Markings And Equipment Necessary To Obtain A Valid Occupancy Permit, If Required.13. Technical Approvals, Etc.;2) Instructions For Use And Maintenance Of The Constructed Facilities/Devices;3) Energy Performance Certificates, If Required.14. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At His Own Expense, Comprehensive Surveying Services For The Construction Site By An Authorized Surveyor And To Perform A Surveying Inventory, If Required.15.
