The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Includes: Local Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Felt Felt Along With The Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Material, Sealing Of Cracks With Sealing Compounds, Replacement Of Firewall Coverings Along With Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Material, Filling Gutters And Downspouts With Galvanized Sheet Metal, Repairing Damaged Elbows With Galvanized Sheet Metal, Making Galvanized Sheet Metal Rods, Making Galvanized Sheet Baskets, Installing H-Type Chimney Caps, Operating Equipment (Basket Lift), Cleaning And Unblocking Gutters And Downspouts. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice And Applicable Law. 5. The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Include In Particular The Costs Related To The Transportation Of Employees To Individual Buildings. 6. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: - Equipping Work Teams With Materials, Tools And Equipment, - Supervising Employees Employed Under The Order, - Performing The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards In The Subject Area. - Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations At Work In Relation To Employees And Third Parties, - Notifying Tenants About The Possible Need To Provide The Apartment For The Period Of Work. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Secure The Site Of Works While The Failure Is Being Repaired.
