The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Following Parts: 2.1 Part 1: A) Server With Software - 1 Pc, B) Disk Array - 1 Pc, C) 48-Port Network Switch - 2 Pcs, D) 48-Port Poe Network Switch - 1 Pc. As Part Of Part 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment, Assemble It, Install It, And Configure The Connection Of The Server With The Matrix And Switches Using The Necessary Supplies Provided By Him. Accessories, Cables, Inserts, Etc. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Physically Install Switches In The Ordering Partys Infrastructure, Including Those Operating In Physical And Virtual Networks In Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Bringing The Delivered Equipment To The Indicated Room (Room On The First Floor, The Building Does Not Have An Elevator). The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Where The Specification Of Individual Devices/Range Is Indicated In Parts 5.1 To 5.4) And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Bearing No Traces Of Previous Use, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Including All Accessories, Cables And Wires Necessary For Their Use.
