Tenders Are Invited For Creation Of The Social Integration Center

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation Of The Social Integration Center As Part Of The Task Entitled: Social Integration Center - Invest In Yourself.2. The Social Integration Center Building Is A Modular Facility Made In Container Technology (As K8n Modules), Single-Story, Divided Into Functional Zones Meeting The Assumptions Of The Social Integration Center. Object Dimensions 6.65M X 28.34M. The Facility Has Three Offices And Two Studios, Each With A Separate Entrance. The Building Has Separate Sanitary Zones, Including A Bathroom Accessible For People With Disabilities, Womens And Mens Locker Rooms With Sanitary Facilities. The Facility Has A Training Room With A Kitchenette. The Building Has A Separate Entrance To The Workshop Rooms With An Internal Storage Room For Equipment And Tools, A Cleaning Room And A Technical Room For The Main Switchboard And Server Room. All Rooms Are Also Accessible Via An Internal Corridor. The Building Is Equipped With Water, Sewage, Electrical And Ventilation Installations. The Provision Of Utilities Requires: The Removal Of The Ground Electrical Connection And The Installation Of A New Cable Connection, The Installation Of Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage Connections.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Attached To The Procedure - Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Materials Used, For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.5. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.6. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.7. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documents. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.8. The Use Of A Label In The Documents Provided Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works
