3. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of Works Involving The Change Of Use And Reconstruction Of The Building At Ul. Poniatowskiego No. 11 In Leszno And Adaptation Of Other Buildings At Ul. Poniatowskiego No. 11 Structurally Related To The Building Undergoing Reconstruction. Note: The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Modernization And Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Building, Which Is The Leszno City Hall, Therefore, When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Must Take This Fact Into Account In Its Price, And During The Order Execution Stage, Must Make Every Effort To Ensure That The Works Carried Out Cause As Little Disruption To The Current Customer Service As Possible, As Well As Being As Little Burdensome As Possible For The Offices Employees. In The Case Of Work Performed Outside Office Hours, I.E. On Mondays From 17:00, And On Other Days From 15:00 The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Renovated Facility Against Access By Third Parties (On Duty), Until The Anti-Burglary System Is Armed And The Facility Is Left. Moreover, The Ordering Party Allows Works To Be Carried Out On Non-Working Days After Prior Notice. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, 2) Demolition Works, 3) Installation Of Partition Wall Structures, 4) Distribution Of Installation Networks Around The Facility, 5) Installation Of Door Joinery, 6) Finishing Works Including Screeds, Floors, Suspended Ceilings, Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, 7) Installation Of Sockets And Lighting Fixtures And Low-Voltage Works, 8) Installation Of Radiators Central Heating9) Installation Of Sanitary Installations And Accessories. The Scope Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation Of The Procedure, I.E. The Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bills Of Quantities Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Renovation And Modernization Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Building, The Contractors Obligations Will Also Include Carrying Out Cleaning Activities After The Works Completed On A Given Day.
