The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Public Municipal Road No. 104880D On The Lubiatów - Głoska Route, Together With The Construction Of A Telecommunication Sewage System, The Construction Of Road Lighting In The Town Of Lubiatów And The Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Lv 0.4Kv And Mv 20Kv Infrastructure Of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.2. Basic Parameters Of The Road: 1) Length Approx. 2.5 Km; 2) Class L Road; 3) Traffic Category - Kr1; 4) Permissible Axle Load 100 Kn/Axle; 5) Single-Lane, Two-Lane Road; 6) Variable/Existing Road Width 5.00 M; 7) Cross-Section - Street And Road; 8) Cross-Section Of The Road - 2% - 4% Roof Or One-Sided;9) Roadside Width 2X0.75M.3. The Contractor Of The Works Is Obliged To Prepare And Approve A Design For The Organization Of Replacement Traffic.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To Swz.5. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Set At 36 Months. The Warranty Period Runs Concurrently With The Warranty Period. The Warranty (Warranty) Period Will Be Scored In Accordance With The Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Contained In Chapter 17 Of The Swz.6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing All Activities Related To The Performance Of Works, Included In The So-Called Direct Costs, I.E. All The So-Called Manual Workers. Therefore, The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons: Construction Managers, Contractors Providing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials.
