1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works For The Task Titled: Renovation Of Operating Room A And The Recovery Room, Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Assumptions Contained In The Functional And Utility Program (Also Referred To As: Ffu) - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation. 2. The Contractor Acknowledges That Medical Equipment In The Form Of An Operating Lamp Is Not The Subject Of This Order And Will Be Delivered As Part Of A Separate Procedure Conducted By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Duties As Part Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration Include: 1) Cooperation With The Device Supplier In Agreeing Detailed Assembly Guidelines And Technical Parameters Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Infrastructure. 2) Design And Construction Of The Necessary Foundation (Supporting Structure), If Required, For The Operating Lamp, Adapted To Its Weight, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Of The Selected Model (The Ordering Party Will Provide Technical Data Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Procedure For The Purchase Of The Lamp). The Contractor Of The Task (Construction Works) Is Solely Responsible For Assessing The Technical Condition Of The Ceiling And Ensuring Adequate Load-Bearing Capacity For The Designed Devices, If They Prove Necessary For The Safe Installation And Use Of A Lamp With Given Parameters. Failure To Carry Out An Expert Opinion At The Bidding Stage Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Carry It Out At The Design Stage, And The Possible Need To Strengthen The Building Structure Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims For An Increase In Remuneration Or Extension Of The Order Completion Deadline. 3) Bringing The Necessary Installations (Power Supply, Control, Low-Current Cabling) To The Lamp Installation Site, Terminated In A Way That Allows Its Direct Connection. 4) Cooperation With The Contractor Selected In A Separate Procedure In The Installation Of The Operating Lamp, In Order To Maintain The Warranty For Construction Works And The Device. 5) Taking Into Account The Dimensions And Range Of The Lamp Arms In The Technological Design And Room Arrangement To Ensure Collision-Free Work With Another.
