4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works In The Area Of The City Of Otwock In The Field Of Care And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs In 2026 In Municipal Roads, Urban Green Areas And Other Areas Belonging To The Otwock Commune Or Under Its Control.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Tree Care Treatments, Including Trees Of Natural Monuments, Such As: Removal Of Dead Or Broken Branches, Pruning Of Branches In Order To Restore The Statics Of Trees And Form The Shape Of Crowns, Removal Of Suckers From Trunks And Waste Disposal, 2) Trimming Of Individual Tree Branches (E.G. Broken, Threatening Ones), Waste Disposal, 3) Pruning Of Branches Covering Road Signs, Waste Disposal; 4) Installation Bonds Protecting Trees Against Breaking Or Falling; 5) Removal Of Suckers From Tree Trunks And Removal Of Cut Shoots, 6) Tree Felling, Which Involves Cutting The Wood Into Approx. 30 Cm Long Sections, Delivering The Wood To The Indicated Place, Waste Removal And Tidying Up The Area, 7) Cutting Down Of Bushes, Tree Suckers And Tree Saplings, Depending On The Order - With Or Without Removing The Roots, Waste Removal And Tidying Up Area, 8) Grubbing Up Stumps After Cutting Down Trees, Removing Stumps And Tidying Up The Area, 9) Milling Stumps After Cutting Down Trees, Removing Excess Sawdust And Tidying Up The Area, 4.3. All Works Covered By The Order Also Include The Purchase Of Materials Necessary For Their Implementation. 4.4. Carrying Out Work In The Scope Specified In Point 4.2. Is Based On Individual Orders Containing The Scope And Deadline Of Execution, Submitted By The Ordering Party In Writing Via E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. 4.5. Wood Obtained During The Works Covered By The Order Will Be Handed Over To The Residents Of Otwock Who Have Submitted Applications To The Otwock City Hall For The Allocation Of Wood From Felling Trees In Municipal Areas. 4.6. Commencement Of Work In Situations Posing A Threat To Road Traffic Safety And Human Life And Health (E.G. Broken Trees, Branches) Within A Maximum Of 1 Hour, And Completion Within No More Than 3 Hours From The Time Of The Oral Or Telephone Order, Which Will Be Issued In Writing At A Later Date. The Contractor Is Obliged To Respond To The Ordering Partys Notifications In Emergency Situations Made From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M. 4.7. Cooperation With The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Organizing Means Of Transport For Joint Inspection And Acceptance Of The Completed Works. 4.8. The Settlement Of The Work Performed Will Be Based On The Gross Prices Offered By The Contractor In The Tender Offer: 1) For Tree Care Using A Basket Lift Or The Climbing Method (Applies To The Removal Of More Than 1 Branch Or Limb On One Tree); 2) For Tree Care Without The Use Of A Basket Lift Or The Climbing Method (Applies To The Removal Of More Than 1 Branch Or Limb On One Tree); 3) For The Removal Of A Single Tree Limb
