To The Northwest, The Property Borders On A Green Belt, Which Extends North Past The Konrad From The Mark School To The Allotment Garden. In Order To Create A Transition From The Closed Construction Of The Adjacent Residential Area To The Green Area, The B Plan Provides For Three Point Houses On The Property, Two Of Them Of The Same Size.
