World Vision Lebanon (WVL) intends to establish a Framework Agreement with qualified contractors for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems in schools across South Lebanon. The framework agreement will enable WVL to rapidly mobilize contractors through frame agreement contracts based on site-specific needs during the framework duration.
