Bidders are also required to submit their bids by email (
[email protected]) as two separate PDF files - Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Both files MUST be password-protected, with the passwords to be provided in person on the bid opening day at the Dhusamareb Municipality Office in Dhusamareb. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidders unopened. Offers are to remain valid for 180 days from the closing date of this tender. The Bid Committee reserves the right to vary the quantity of work/materials specified in the tender document without any change in unit price or other terms and conditions and to accept or reject any, all, or part of submitted offers. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened at the Dhusamareb Municipality office in Dhusamareb on 15 February 2026 at 9:00am in the presence of the Bid Committee and applicants who wish to attend.
