Submission (Physical & Electronically): Completed bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to: The Bid Committee, Burao SWM Materials, MRF (PR 023) Bids are to be delivered to and received at the Burao Municipality Office on or before 12 February 2026 at 4:00 pm. Bidders are also required to submit their bids by email ([email protected]) as two separate PDF files - Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Both files MUST be password-protected, with the passwords to be provided in person on the bid opening day at the Burao Municipality Office in Burao. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidders unopened. Offers are to remain valid for 180 days from the closing date of this tender.
