Expression of Interest for Provision of Coffee Supplies Services for EUAA Premises in Cyprus. Description: EUAA currently has in place a framework contract for the Supply of coffee, coffee machines and related services for EUAA in Cyprus (FWC/EASO/2021/928). The current contract expires on the 17th of February 2026. Therefore, a new framework contract needs to be put in place to provide hot beverages for the EUAA in Cyprus to allow continuity of services. EUAA might also request hot beverage machines to be placed at additional premises, within Cyprus, whether rented or owned by the EUAA or where EUAA staff are assigned or deployed. The overall objective of this framework contract is to provide hot beverages including hot beverage machines, ancillary services, for the consumption of beverages by EUAA staff members and visitors, including a professional service for installation and maintenance. The hot beverage machines will need to be of the type that can be adjusted to accommodate no-charge-required vending purposes and of the bean-to-cup type.
