The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB), on behalf of GCF - Knuckles Project - Plot Consolidation Program in Anuradhapura District, intends to procure for Video and Photography Production Services on "Rate Contract Basis" for Colombo/Anuradhapura Districts, for a period of Six Months Covering Colombo and Anuradapura Districts & Sealed bids are hereby invited from eligible bidders in Sri Lanka for the Services described below: a. One Camera Video Productions - b. Multi Camera Productions - c. Drone Productions d. Documentary Productions e. -Multi Photo Shoot Productions f. Multi - Library Footage Usage & Edited Content 2. The Bidder shall be a Studio owner or Registered Video Production Company. Bidders may submit their bids for total requirement or for individual service categories, as indicated in attached Forms in Bid document. Bids will be evaluated servicewise and the qualification and eligibility criteria applicable to each service category shall be assessed separately. During evaluation, bidders will be assessed based on their cumulative capacity, experience, and compliance with the specified qualification and eligibility criteria. 3.
