Request for proposals for Renewal of SD-WAN License Renewal HNB Finance PLC. HNB Finance PLC is a Licensed Finance Company operating under the regulatory supervision of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL). HNB Finance PLC maintains a secure, resilient, and performance-optimized Wide Area Network (WAN) using Fortinet Secure SD-WAN technology deployed across the Head Office, branch network, and other critical infrastructure locations and intends to renew SD-WAN-related licenses, Forticare subscriptions, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer and vendor support services to ensure uninterrupted business operations, continued access to security updates, vendor-backed technical support, and sustained WAN performance optimization.
