Quotation are invited for Supply of Photographing and Videoing Services at the 19th Convocation of 1450 External Graduands of the University of Sri Jayawardenapura to be held at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall on 28th March 2026. Tender documents may be purchased between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on weekdays from 26.01.2026 until 09.02.2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the Shroff Counter of the University and on submission of the receipt along with a written request for documents. All applicants should pay a refundable security deposit of Rs. 50,000.00 to the university for each bid. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 02.00 p.m. on 05.02.2026 at the Staff Conference Hall in the Administrative Building of the university. Attendance of the interested applicants at this meeting is mandatory.
