The Public Service Contract Concerns Maritime Freight Services Between The Port Installation (Ip) Of The Saint-Pierre Commercial Quay (Saint-Pierre-Et-Miquelon, France) And Miquelon (Saint-Pierre-Et-Miquelon, France). The Main Services Entrusted To The Contract Holder Are As Follows: - The Operation Of The Inter-Island Maritime Freight Service Between The Port Of Saint-Pierre And The Port Of Miquelon (Round Trip), - The Management Of Port Operations In Miquelon: Cargo Handling (Loading And Unloading Of The Ship, Stuffing / Unstuffing Of Containers, Making The Goods Available To Recipients, Etc.); - The Management Of Administrative Operations Linked To The Loading And Unloading Of Ships In Saint-Pierre And Miquelon, In Both Directions And In Application Of A Protocol To Be Defined And Signed With The Holder Of The Public Service Concession Relating To International Maritime Freight Service; - The Promotion And Marketing Of The Service; - Management Of Relations With Users Of The Inter-Island Service; - The Transport Of Recovered And Containerized Waste Between Miquelon And Saint-Pierre. • Saint-Pierre: Quai Du Commerce 2 => Eligible Vessels: Subject To Validation Of The Characteristics (In Particular Maneuvering And Movement) By The Harbor Masters Office, Loa Max = 140 M / Bpp Max = Subject To Validation By The Harbor Masters Office / D Max = 6 M. • Miquelon: Main Quay => Eligible Vessels: Subject To Validation Of The Characteristics (Notably Maneuvering And Movement) By The Harbor Masters Office, Loa Max = 80 M / Bpp Max = 18 M / D Max = 5 M. Under The Flat-Rate Part Of The Public Contract, The Holder Must Be Able To Transport (Maximum): - 9 40-Foot Containers (Or Equivalent) Per Week Over The “Winter” Period (From October To May) - 18 40-Foot Containers Per Week Over The “Summer” Period (From June To September). The Holder Must Carry Out At Least One Touch-Down Of The Port Of Miquelon Per Week During The Winter Period, And Two Touch-Downs Per Week Of The Port Of Miquelon During The Summer Period (I.E. A Minimum Of 68 Annual Rotations). If The Holder Transports, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority And By Issuing A Purchase Order, Over The Period (Week) More Containers Than The Maximums Referred To In The Package Above, They Will Be Remunerated According To The Prices Set At The Bpu. A Purchase Order Must Be Issued In Accordance With The Bpu For Any Additional Container Of 40 Feet (Or Equivalent, See Definition In The Cctp) Beyond The Above-Mentioned Package. If It Is Not An Order From The Contracting Authority, Only The Annual Fixed Price Remains Applicable, Without Additional Remuneration. Exceptionally, In The Event That The Holder Justifies That Its Means Do Not Allow The Transport Of Certain Goods Due To Their Volume, Weight Or Other Particular Characteristic, The Contracting Authority May Call On Another Service Provider.
