The Scope Of The Project Concerns The Provision Of Administrative Services For The Support Of The Technical Functions To The Regional Structures Of The Project Owner (Cadastre Offices And Their Branches), Through An Expanded Work Group, For The Following Two (2) Basic Functions: Function 1: Back-Office Services: Services Provided On The Basis Of A) After The Submission Of Applications For Registration Of Registrable Deeds And Correction Requests In The Land Registry System And Concern In Their Legal/Or Technical (Where Required) Processing And The Registration Of Its Result, B) After The Submission Of Applications For The Registration Of Registrable Deeds And Applications For The Issuance Of Certificates And Copies In The Transfer And Mortgage System, As Well As Various Administrative Tasks (Such As Scanning, Archiving, Secretarial Support Tasks, Etc.). Function 2: Front-Desk Services: Checking And Identification Of Visitors, Provision Of Information And Forms Related To The Service Of The Trading Public (Natural Persons, Legal Persons And Public Bodies) And Are Provided During The Prescribed Trading Hours. They Are Provided Either Live (With Free Access Or By Scheduled Appointment Depending On The Case) Or By Phone Or Video Call. The Services Provided Concern All The Tasks That The Trader Coming To The Service Has To Deal With. The Set Of Services That The Contractor Is Required To Offer In The Context Of The Announced Project Are On-Site Services To Support The Technical Operations In The Regional Structures Of The Land Registry. If It Is Deemed Necessary For Any Reason And Technically Feasible, Certain Services May, After A Written Order From The Contracting Authority, Be Implemented In Whole Or In Part Remotely.
